notAIssue / IApasdeproblème (“we”) is a consulting firm based in Quebec. This page describes how we handle personal information collected through notaissue.ca and iapasdeprobleme.ca, in line with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Who is responsible

For access, correction, or withdrawal requests: [email protected] or [email protected].

What we collect

• Information you send through the form or by email: name, organization, email, phone, a description of your need.
• Minimal technical logs on the host side (IP address, browser, pages viewed) needed to run and secure the site.

We do not run targeted advertising and we have no social-network pixels on this site.

Why

• To answer your request and prepare a call or a proposal.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Retention

Commercial exchanges are kept for the length of the follow-up, then archived no later than 3 years after the last useful contact, unless a longer duty applies.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. The form goes through Cloudflare (site host, email delivery, Turnstile spam check), then lands in our inbox. Those providers are required to protect it.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent where the Act allows. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
