What is AI adoption support?
On our Services page, this step is called Follow-up after training. It's the stretch where we stay with your team while the new way of working turns into a habit.
It isn't an 80-page report, and we don't build you an AI model. We start nothing without an owner on your side. We take a process you already have, write it down so others can follow it, and stay until the handoff.
A pilot project with no named owner ends up stopping, just like training with no follow-up. Adoption support is there to prevent that.
When AI adoption support is worth it
Your Copilot or ChatGPT seats are paid for, and few people use them. Or a training already happened, and nobody can say what changed. Or everyone has their own way of doing it, and nobody checks the quality.
You also need a starting point. Adoption support holds when there's an owner on your side and a first process to write down. Without that, we start with a diagnostic, and we tell you right away, before we invoice.
The steps of AI adoption support
A diagnostic and a first process
We look at the tools in place and how people really use them. We rank tasks by impact, frequency, risk and how easy they are to teach, then keep one first process. Once a way of working works, we write it down. The full method is on the How it works page.
Role-based workshops on your own files
Leadership and the teams don't get the same workshop. People practice on their own documents while we correct. The details are on the ChatGPT training page.
Internal champions, named and coached
We name internal champions and coach them. They're the ones who take over when we leave, so we train them during the work, on the same files as the team.
30-minute check-ins, weekly or every two weeks
These are short reviews. We look at what's blocking people and clear it. Then we adjust the process and the work guides after the first tries.
The handoff
At the end, we hand it off. Your internal leads take over, and we've done the job when you don't need us anymore.
How long does AI adoption support take?
It depends on the format we pick after the diagnostic. There are three.
The 30-day sprint covers a short diagnostic, a team workshop and a first process written down. We work with one group and one role.
The 90-day program adds a plan, training by cohort, work guides for 2 or 3 key processes, and coaching for your internal champions.
Year-round follow-up is for organizations that want to extend this to several teams, with a training calendar and a quarterly review. We don't sell it as the first product when there's still no process and no internal lead.
How you know it's working
We keep a simple count of what people actually use. We look at who uses it and what bothers people, then we adjust. We don't invent statistics to justify the work.
The signal we look for is your champions moving the work forward without us. At that point, we step back.
Adoption support for Copilot, ChatGPT or the tool you already have
We aren't tied to any platform. We start from what you already have, like Microsoft 365, Google or Slack.
We won't push you toward a tool. We don't resell any.
If Copilot is paid for and nobody uses it, read Copilot for Quebec companies. If your team starts from ChatGPT, the workshop is on the training page.
AI agents, where a small business should start
Most small businesses don't need a custom agent. An AI agent can really help. It handles the tasks that keep coming back, and someone on your side keeps the decision.
Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude already have built-in agent features. In Copilot, an agent is often an instruction that chains steps in Outlook, Teams and Excel. During adoption support, we teach your team to use them on your own files. First we write down the process the agent will follow, then we name the person who checks its work.
If it helps, we install one of our five tools, with what's included written down up front. If another agent would help during the work, we'll tell you and point you to the person who builds it.
Before you connect an agent to your tools, look at the data an agent can see. An agent that reads a whole Teams or Slack channel is a conversation for your privacy officer and your counsel.
What AI adoption support isn't
It isn't a report nobody reads, and it isn't a custom-trained AI model. We don't guarantee an adoption rate or hours saved.
Law 25 during adoption support
We write a plain-language framework for everyday work. It sorts your information into public, internal, confidential and forbidden. We're not lawyers, and we don't act as your RPRP (privacy officer). We draft management documents that your RPRP or lawyer can adopt.
The steps are on the Law 25 and AI page.

AI adoption support FAQ
How long does AI adoption support take?
It depends on the format. It can be a 30-day sprint, a 90-day program, or year-round follow-up once there's already a process and internal champions. We give you a sense of price on the first call, before any written proposal.
Can we start small?
Yes. Often, one process is enough to start. We tell you which one, and in what format.
Who does the work on our side?
You need an owner on your side, internal champions we coach, and the people who run the process day to day. On our side, the same person works with you from the first call to the follow-up.
What's the difference between training and adoption support?
Training is the workshop. Adoption support is what makes it hold afterward, with champions, 30-minute check-ins and a process adjusted after the first tries.
Do you stay forever?
No. The goal is a handoff, so you don't need us anymore. Year-round follow-up is for organizations that want to extend the method to several teams.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We don't guarantee hours saved or an adoption rate, and we don't invent statistics. We keep a simple count with you of what people actually use.
What does AI adoption support look like in practice?
It's a diagnostic and a first process written down, then workshops on your files. After that, we run 30-minute check-ins with your champions until the handoff.
Does a small business need a custom AI agent?
Most of the time, no. We start with the agents already built into Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, and we teach your team to use them on a written process. If it helps, we install one of our five tools. Either way, someone on your side keeps the decision.
